– seturi speciale de cești și ceșcuțe, unicat (nu există două seturi identice), cu un discount de 10% (începând de pe 1 decembrie, până pe 31 decembrie)

Returns & reimbursements

f you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of purchase and upon receipt of the item in good condition by us you will receive the full value of your order. The return costs are entirely at your expense. Please note that if you send the parcel without insurance, in case of breakage in transit, we cannot pay the order value. The refund will be made by the same method as the original payment and will take 24 hours + payment processor processing time. When the refund is made you will receive a message with the exact payment details.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The product must be packaged in the original protective materials to the same standard of protection. Receipt of the product in a damaged condition cancels the right to recover its value!

Any returns (whatever the reason) should first be agreed by email (florin@ victoriafinala dot ro). Please sent a message with your order number and return reason.

In case of receiving  a damaged product, the refund is made on the basis of a simple email with photos made at the package opening attached. Emails sent more than 6 hours after confirmation of delivery by the courier will not be considered.
