Quinta Essentia
A blend made by Florin Cojocariu, Quinta Essentia is first and foremost an author's coffee, made to please him first and foremost.
ESSENTIALÞof: a blend of 4 exceptional specialty Arabica coffees from Rwanda, Brazil, Colombia and Kenya. The beans are harvested by hand in small producer associations and roasted in the Ethnic Plantation Coffee micro-roastery. The balance of different tastes and aromas brought by each specialty generates a new taste, the fifth essence.
Preparation. The coffee is ground very finely to be prepared as an infusion: put a spoonful of coffee with a tip (12 - 14 grams) in the cup. Add 150 – 200 ml of well-boiled water. Leave to infuse for 4-5 minutes. Leave for another minute and then enjoy. Do not use in espresso machines, the degree of grinding is too fine. For more information, click here.
Packaging: the coffee comes in hermetic bags, completely impermeable to oxygen, with a net content of 175 grams, being very finely ground for infusion preparation. To be consumed preferably within 3 weeks from the date of packaging, shelf life 12 months.
