What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect names, telephone numbers and email addresses to fulfill orders and for occasional commercial communication. We do not give access to this data to any entity other than our company.

Cookies

When you enter our site, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don't have to fill out the forms again the next time you visit. These cookies will be valid for one year.

If you go to our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and is deleted when you close the browser.

When you log in, we'll also set some cookies to save your login information and screen display options. Authentication cookies are kept for two days and those for display options are kept for one year. If you select "Remember me", your login cookies will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the authentication cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with anyone, but the database and e-commerce application are managed by ECWID, an American company located at 687 South Coast Highway 101, Suite 239, Encinitas, California 92024 USA. ECWID is also responsible for compliance with European privacy legislation.

How long we keep your data

For users (if any) who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (but cannot change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.

What rights do you have over your data?

If you have an account or have left comments on this website, you can request to receive an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include all data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Where we send your data

We only send your data to delivery services to fulfill orders.

    Returns & reimbursements

    f you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of purchase and upon receipt of the item in good condition by us you will receive the full value of your order. The return costs are entirely at your expense. Please note that if you send the parcel without insurance, in case of breakage in transit, we cannot pay the order value. The refund will be made by the same method as the original payment and will take 24 hours + payment processor processing time. When the refund is made you will receive a message with the exact payment details.

    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The product must be packaged in the original protective materials to the same standard of protection. Receipt of the product in a damaged condition cancels the right to recover its value!

    Any returns (whatever the reason) should first be agreed by email (florin@ victoriafinala dot ro). Please send a message with your order number and return reason.

    In case of receiving a damaged product, the refund is made on the basis of a simple email with photos made at the package opening attached. Emails sent more than 6 hours after confirmation of delivery by the courier will not be considered.
