About me

My name is Victoria Cojocariu Sarmaniuc, I have a master's degree in painting and I live in Gurbanesti since 2009. Ceramics is my biggest passion! Since 2017, since I made my first clay object, I discovered how much I like this field and until today I haven't stopped exploring its possibilities. I am always experimenting with new shapes, colors and textures. Ceramics is the medium through which I can bring art into the everyday lives of my clients.

About objects

All objects are created by hand in my workshop in Gurbanesti. They are shaped, glazed and baked in small batches with great care and joy, and are fully functional. We use high quality clay, which after baking has the strength required for intensive use. The glazes all comply with all European food safety standards (lead free!). The objects are suitable for daily use and washing in the dishwasher.

Delivery

The delivery of fragile objects involves costs that are proportional to the quantity of ceramics delivered, that is, in general, proportional to the value of the order (boxes, damping materials, courier). For regular orders delivered in Romania, the cost is fixed at 12.5 lei per delivery. Delivery is free over 300 lei. You must order a minimum of 2 items per order. The cost of delivery to other countries is automatically calculated depending on the destination.

    Delivery In EU

    Maximum weight 10kg, variable delivery cost based on destination; from 8€ (H, CZ), to 12.36€ (F, IT, ES) up to 28.54€ (FIN).

    Returns & reimbursements

    f you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of purchase and upon receipt of the item in good condition by us you will receive the full value of your order. The return costs are entirely at your expense. Please note that if you send the parcel without insurance, in case of breakage in transit, we cannot pay the order value. The refund will be made by the same method as the original payment and will take 24 hours + payment processor processing time. When the refund is made you will receive a message with the exact payment details.

    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The product must be packaged in the original protective materials to the same standard of protection. Receipt of the product in a damaged condition cancels the right to recover its value!

    Any returns (whatever the reason) should first be agreed by email (florin@ victoriafinala dot ro). Please send a message with your order number and return reason.

    In case of receiving a damaged product, the refund is made on the basis of a simple email with photos made at the package opening attached. Emails sent more than 6 hours after confirmation of delivery by the courier will not be considered.
